1Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Realty OS (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service. These terms apply to all users, including real estate professionals, brokerages, and authorized staff members.

2Accounts and Membership

You must be a licensed real estate professional or an authorized staff member of a brokerage to use this Service.

Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials, including 2FA codes. You accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

3Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. Specifically, you may not:

Upload client data without appropriate consent or legal authority
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service
Use the platform for any illegal purpose, including money laundering or fraud
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers

4Fees and Payment

Services are billed on a subscription basis (Monthly or Annually). All fees are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.

Payment Terms

Subscriptions renew automatically. Cancel anytime before renewal.

Refund Policy

No refunds for partial months. Pro-rated credits may apply.

5Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may export your data within 30 days of termination.

6Limitation of Liability

Important Legal Notice

In no event shall Realty OS, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of Newfoundland and Labrador.
