The Realty OS platform utilizes Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Large Language Models (LLMs) to provide features such as the "AI Assistant," "Chatbot," "Document Summaries," and "Deal Insights." These services are strictly for informational purposes.
Realty OS is NOT a law firm, a surveyor, a financial advisor, or a licensed real estate brokerage.
1No Professional Advice
Not Legal, Financial, or Real Estate Advice
The outputs generated by the AI (including but not limited to lease summaries, clause drafting, and market analysis) do not constitute legal, financial, or real estate advice.
You, the User (Real Estate Professional), are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before presenting it to a client or using it in a transaction. Always consult with qualified professionals for legal, financial, or regulatory matters.
2Risk of Error ("Hallucinations")
AI Models Can Make Mistakes
You acknowledge that AI models may occasionally produce incorrect, misleading, or fabricated information ("hallucinations").
- Always cross-reference AI summaries with original source documents
- Verify critical information independently
- Never rely solely on AI outputs for important decisions
Realty OS accepts no liability for deals lost, lawsuits incurred, or damages resulting from reliance on unverified AI outputs.
3User & Client Responsibility
If you enable the Client-Facing Chatbot, you agree to indemnify Realty OS against any claims arising from your clients' use of the bot.
Your Responsibilities:
- Inform clients they are interacting with an AI system
- Advise clients to verify critical information (school districts, zoning, square footage) with verified sources
- Review all AI-generated content before sharing with clients
4Service Availability & Data
Uptime
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee it. Service interruptions may occur.
Third-Party Data
We are not liable for API outages (e.g., CREA DDF downtime) or data delays from external sources.
Realty OS is not liable for business losses due to service interruptions, data delays, or third-party service failures.
5Limitation of Liability
Maximum Liability Cap
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Realty OS's total liability for any claims arising from the use of AI features shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
