At the start of 2025, many agents were still skeptical about AI. By year end, it became a must-have. The shift wasn't gradual—once agents saw their peers saving hours per week, adoption snowballed.
2. Compliance Can't Be an Afterthought
FINTRAC enforcement increased significantly this year. Agents who had compliance built into their workflow sailed through. Those who didn't scrambled. It reinforced our decision to make compliance a core feature, not an add-on.
3. Mobile is Now the Default
Over 60% of our daily active usage now comes from mobile devices. Agents aren't just checking email on their phones—they're managing entire transactions. We've doubled down on mobile-first design.
4. Integration Beats All-in-One
Rather than trying to replace every tool agents use, we focused on playing well with others. Open APIs, native integrations, and flexible workflows won out over forcing agents into a single ecosystem.
